Updating to 4.0.0 Beta 5 Error

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade from 3.4.7 to 4.0.0 Beta 5 

I have ran 5 uploads now and each one is giving the same results all pages look like this

I am i doing something wrong

The server has PHP 5.3.3-40.el6_6

​seen few people add same or near the same error in bug tracker, i believe its issue with the 3.4.x skin causing issue, please try add second theme in your admin cp if that fixes issues then the default theme in upgrade causing the problem.

When you made a backup of your site, did you login to the ACP before running the upgrade and update the upload dir and URL?  This is a common cause of this issue.
