Add un-lock category icon

Using the default category icons after a user logs in to a password protected forum we can see a un-lock icon appears however... when using a custom icon set that option is no where present. We can upload a lock icon but that's it, a user needs a way to know the areas un-locked after logging into it no matter if they're using a default or custom set of icons imo..

 

This imo is also a bug but I wont report it as such because I have a feeling it's wai
