I'm and administrator for Cloudy Nights and we're getting close to being ready to migrate from our old UBB software to IPB. We have some questions about setting up our moderators but I'm not sure where to post them, or even where to search in the forums here for answers (I've read the Guides and the answers we need aren't in them).

The license holder would need to login with their customer account and ask those questions.

They can also make you an Alternate Contact which would allow you to submit tickets on their behalf.
