Topic Multi-Moderation issue

I created couple of prefixes using Topic Multi-Moderation guide: http://community.invisionpower.com/resources/documentation/index.html/_/documentation/administrator-control-panel/forums-tab/forums-topic-multi-moderation-r61

Topic prefixes I have are:

[Active]

[Inactive]

[Resolved]

Here is the problem...

Let's say someone starts a topic and I mark it [Active].

After the issue is resolved I mark the topic [Resolved].

However Multi-Moderation doesn't replace [Active] with [Resolved].

Instead I have two prefixes:

[Resolved][Active] Topic title

It doesn't make sense to me.
