FTP issues

The account you're using isn't showing up as a customer.

Please logout and log back in using the same email and password you used to purchase the software.

That should synch your permissions and show you as an active client.

If you're seeing Ioncube-encoded fles, and are on our hosting, that is normal.

The system files on our hosting are encoded and cannot be edited.
