Posted October 16, 201311 yr I have recently reactivated my license. Is it possible to have my forum account upgraded from member back to client? Currently I have to wait to have my posts approved when replying to topics I have posted.
October 16, 201311 yr If your transaction has been approved (all transactions are reviewed first), then logout of the forum, and log back in using the same email and password as used in the Client Area. That should synch up your permissions and show you as an active customer. But if that doesn't work, please email accounts@invisionpower.com and Customer Service can assist you.
