If your transaction has been approved (all transactions are reviewed first), then logout of the forum, and log back in using the same email and password as used in the Client Area.

That should synch up your permissions and show you as an active customer. But if that doesn't work, please email accounts@invisionpower.com and Customer Service can assist you.
