IP Developer section buggy

I'm basing all these bugs from my project here http://community.invisionpower.com/resources/projects/_/custom-theme-r40
It seems project completition doesn't fully work

• Project completion date: 01 January 1970 - 12:00 AM
• Expires in: 29d 6h 16m

and on the front page it says

By Date: 31 Dec 1969

There are edit links next to each member, however I cannot edit there responses

There should be a report project link, it is already targeted by spam bots

Just the bugs I have noticed, no idea where to put this though.

It also shows the Last Activity even if you're logged anonymously.
