I have opened a ticket, informing about a possible bug (prune members in a group deleted members from other group too!). I was asked to "reactivate" my application (it is expired and I did not wanted to pay anymore).
I believe it is correct to ask me to reactivate if it's not a bug, else you have to investigate and to fix the problem...
As noted in your ticket - there are no known bugs in the latest release of the software related to member pruning and we cannot reproduce this. It is naturally your choice whether to renew your license or not, however, we cannot provide you with any assistance absent an active license.
You are welcome to update your ticket with any additional information, however, this unfortunately is not the appropriate channel for addressing your account specific issues. Thank you for your understanding.
