new license for IP.Board3.x necessary if owning License for 2.x

Hello,

years ago, I bought a long-live (perpetual) license for Invisionboard v2 with the ability to get updates for free. This worked a long time, but now I can't find any further updates or even the last update for my Invisionboard v2 in my client-center.

Do I have to buy another license for IP.Board v3.x? And why did I see no link for the latest V2-Version?
