Hosting sites?

Not sure, but this seemed to be the best place to put this question.

I've been using GoDaddy but would like to move to another hosting service. I'm looking for a service that is easier to understand, where I can actually access the support pages, and where I can find the information I need to get things done.


Which hosting service do you use & why? Thank you to those who answer.
