Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted October 11, 201113 yr I have IPS IPB, Gallery and Content licenses and I also host a small photography community with IPS Hosting (migrated from xenforo). Unaware of the fact that add on scripts are not allowed, I installed Photopost Review script on IPS hosting account. As a result IPS suspended my account. Which I agree is as per IPS terms Problem starts after that,I deleted ReviewPost from the account and since then I am sending emails to IPS to un-suspend my account. But so far there is no response from IPS. Moreover, my IPS account itself has vanished including all my purchase licenses. I did not expect such a service and ignorance from IPS.
