3.2 goals

The stated goals for version 3.2 are admirable. I have been critical of the default theme of the forum, and have complained about the difficulty of modifying it to be more clean and muted, so I am glad to see this addressed. I suggest making the new style as minimal and professional as possible, so that it will fit well into a variety of sites. It's easier to add "bling" to a theme than it is to remove it.

Keep in mind that we are not making *drastic* changes to our default theme. We are cleaning it up and modernizing it, but it's still going to look relatively similar to the current theme.
