Error msg with 1.2

I have just installed the 1.2 chat in all of our 4 servers, it works fine, I just can't edit the settings in the admin section. Instead, I am getting this error message. Would, please, anyone have idea, how this could be resolved?

IP.Chat 1.2.0 requires IP.Board 3.1.4 to function. It would seem you're using an older version of IP.Board.
