Just seems to me pretty tacky... especially since new customers are presented with this screen towards the very beginning of their IPS experience.

Not an issue with the product. Think it's specific to the download disclaimers they have here.

Its allready been reported multiple times in the tracker. It really needs to be fixed.

This isn't really feedback about IPB. It's an issue with our legacy Nexus/Dynamic/Downloads combo which wouldn't affect our customers. We will fix it in the future as we move towards using the new Nexus product.
