Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
.Peter Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 So... this isn't a HUGE deal.. but honestly everytime I go to the downloads area and see the lack of escaped quotes just kinda bugs me... You are about to download the file \'IP.Board 3.1.4\'. Please take a moment to review the following disclaimer. Afterwards click the \'Download File\' button to download the file. [/QUOTE] Just seems to me pretty tacky... especially since new customers are presented with this screen towards the very beginning of their IPS experience. So yeah.. just please fix your escaped quotes :D

Martin A. Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 Not an issue with the product. Think it's specific to the download disclaimers they have here. And I agree with Peter :) Fix asap
Fishfish0001 Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 Its allready been reported multiple times in the tracker. It really needs to be fixed.
bfarber Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 This isn't really feedback about IPB. It's an issue with our legacy Nexus/Dynamic/Downloads combo which wouldn't affect our customers. We will fix it in the future as we move towards using the new Nexus product.
