What are the differences

Can we go for semi mange servers?

Full managed will mean they will do everything to keep your server secure and online with optimization.

semi managed they will do roughly the same except optimization and security so when you do request things there may be a small fee to pay, Or they will probably turn round like most providers say:

"You do have SSH" you can do this yourself :) , I use this alot :P
