Benjy182 Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 Hello, I've had a support ticket open for more than 24 hours now and no reply? Just wondering why, is it because its the weekend? The ticket was asking somebody to send me an invoice for the $5 a month ip.content addon as there does not seem to be an option on the website, that ticket has been sorted out i still need to pay the invoice and then wait again for the techs to install it.
Lockjit Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 I think you will find that it is probably due to accounts not working weekends... I'm sure your request will be looked at promptly in the new week. Give them some time mate... 24 hrs is not really a long time.

Management Lindy Posted August 1, 2010 Management Posted August 1, 2010 The accounts services (billing/sales/customer service) department is closed on the weekends and unfortunately, your request was submitted on Friday evening. I've taken care of it. :)
