I've had a support ticket open for more than 24 hours now and no reply? Just wondering why, is it because its the weekend? The ticket was asking somebody to send me an invoice for the $5 a month ip.content addon as there does not seem to be an option on the website, that ticket has been sorted out i still need to pay the invoice and then wait again for the techs to install it.
I think you will find that it is probably due to accounts not working weekends... I'm sure your request will be looked at promptly in the new week.
Give them some time mate... 24 hrs is not really a long time.
As Lockjit said, there are fewer staff working on the weekends. I'm sure your ticket will be responded to sometime Monday.
The accounts services (billing/sales/customer service) department is closed on the weekends and unfortunately, your request was submitted on Friday evening.
