Get rid of message "An Error Occurred" when no search results

Is it just me who doesn't see the sense in "An Error Occurred" when there are no search results to return. It's not an error at all - it's just a lack of results.

I just know some of my members are going to be freaked out by this and report it as a problem.

Can't we have something like "No results found" instead? Perhaps with the advice to try again with different words / settings?

When there are no search results, you don't get an error. You get a search results screen that says "no results found".

Ah, right, yes ... well ... I hadn't realised where I was ... I was on the tracker; which does give an error when there is no search result.

Sorry, my mistake. <hangs head in shame> :blink:
