Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
.Peter Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 So.. I'm on my work computer where I don't have access to upgrade even install programs, but the front invisionpower.com is really messed up in certain places in IE7.
Brian Garcia Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 IE7 is old news :-p. I think they are aware of it, though. But, I know only a very small percent use IE7 here.
MrFragicide Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 In terms of webpage viewing, yes Firefox is king. But it has major drawbacks such as memory leaks and such. In terms of memory conservation and viewing, Opera and Chrome are good.
(e) Eric Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 Still, Firefox beats all, unless you count Chrome. fixed
Mat Barrie Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 Still, Firefox beats all. Firefox is awful. I'm pretty sure it was developed as an alternative to MemTest86 for stress testing memory.
Robulosity2 Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 Firefox is awful. I'm pretty sure it was developed as an alternative to MemTest86 for stress testing memory. lol... Also I use Chrome from time to time, however it does a faeces poor job with a lot of DNS request's and doesn't do much better in terms of memory performance than IE8 does I do rather enjoy how Flash brings Firefox to it's knee's and then some..
Rymich13 Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 Lol, you "fixed" what I said? I never said that :o
