I want to ask.. why IPB addons ain't included into it?

Specially IP.Gallery notifications photo comments (I don't want to subscribe to every single image.. that's stupidly and not saving db queries, right?)

For 3.1, we primarily only converted existing notification options to use the new system. Our addon applications will see updates in the near future, at which point we can expand WHAT they notify the user about.

Two different things, basically.

Please post documentation at some point as to how to most easily add that functionality to our custom apps. In some cases I've made my own functions to do what's likely already set up (and more easily) in IPB itself and easily utilized. :)
