What is this icon for on the forum bottom? Why this icon didn't show any figure on my site?

Server load. I'm not exactly sure why it's not showing on your site (doesn't on mine neither), but I reckon it's a permission issue. I could be completely mistaken though.

Set server load limit to something unreal like 10000 and it'll show you some numbers.

Provided it can. On some servers your account won't have permission to obtain the server load.
