I'm getting a lot of complaints from members that have a hard time logging in. One such member has complained that it has taken over 30 attempts to log in to the chat before it has been successful.

Is this a bug to do with certain browsers? A lot of people who use IE seem to have issues with our chat. Or is this problem due to slow internet connections?

Any ideas, or an easy fix here?

I would recommend submitting a ticket in your client area.
