Customers Area Issue

When I logged into my account today in order to download the current IP.Board package, the site just said "Sorry, but you do not have access to any of the functions in our Download Manager". In addition, the links provided under that error message (contact us and bug tracker) both did not work. Also, all of my tickets and profile information (e.g. address) seem to be entirely gone.

What is going on? Is anybody else experiencing this?
