Chat Tab is visible to all User Groups

Is there any way to hide the Chat tab from groups that don't have permission to use the chat? I didn't even realize it was visible to those groups until someone asked me why they were getting an error when clicking on it. Seems like this perhaps should be a setting in the Application Details in the ACP. There are other apps I also would like to restrict on a per-group basis.

There is no built in settings to do this presently, no. You can do it via HTML logic if you want, or you can submit a feature suggestion to the IPB forum.
