I want to ask is there a way to stop the same member for registering with more then one account,say i set it to 10 right and that member is a spammer can it flag them or give them error from registering more then one account.

It's not related to this hook.

You can flag him as spammer or user others hooks out there to prevent double registration.

Ok,i know about a hook but the person want $10.00 for that hook,so that's why i was asking if this hook could do the same.
