You can now restore this style of PM notification with this mod. The My Assistant will no longer pop up when a user has a new PM, but instead the user will see the 2.0.x style PM notification window at the top of your forum. The "New PMs" tab will still be visible in the My Assistant if you bring it up manually and have new messages sitting in your Inbox. Only two source files need to be edited and two skin changes are required. Please make a backup of your skin as well as the source files we'll be changing before you get started, so you can revert back if there are any problems.Click here to download this file Link to comment
