Description:
Allows you to set permissions on which groups can change their member title. It includes 3 options, they are as follows:

• Option 1: Selected groups will be able to change their member title regardless of the set post requirement, unselected groups will need to reach the post requirement in order to change their title.
• Option 2: Selected groups will be able to change their member title. Unselected groups will not be able to change their member title. The existing post requirement setting will no longer have any effect.
• Disabled: If set to disabled, for users to change their member title they must reach the set post requirement. The group selection will have no effect. (IPB Default)

Requirements:
This mod was designed to be installed using the Universal Mod Installer, available from IPSBeyond, Invision Modding, or Complete Skins.
