Simple, perhaps stupid question: How will this update affect plugin blocks created in CCS on 3.0.2?
Will they still work or will I have to create the blocks again in order to keep it working? Since plugins are created from source of board..that might be changed by this update...

I'd really love to see a skin differences report as well as a diff of the CSS between 3.0.2 and 3.0.3. :)

I get that reaction surprisingly often.

What if anything is new in gallery 3.0.3? I have 3.0.2 which doesn't appear in the release history but my board says my version is up to date.

There were no new features to the addons in the latest update, only bug fixes.

I hope that means...1 step closer to the subscription manager.

It sure is a clusterfck to upgrade. Frustrating with all the multiple failed FTP uploads then fatal error. Sometimes I wonder what the point is.

member ranks still error in ipb 3.0.3. It doesn't update :(

Ah, I can get it to work now by typing in the [ media ] tag... it just won't work off the media button.

I can confirm that the media button does no longer work while it did on v3.0.2
This is a created bug in 3.0.3.

Also the update reverted all my edited media tags (the embed codes) but did not update my mp3 media embed code while that was one I did not touch at all.

The media tag works fine here. If you're having trouble please submit a support ticket :)

Got it, did not expect a fix in this topic, just throwing out.
I read the add-ons only had bug fixes but what about the forum itself? I can not read anywhere what the new feutures are, only thing I found thus far is a new twitter bbCode, anything else?

I just had a chance to see the CleanCut template, no great improvement imho, looks pretty tacky...

Right now, I'm contending with a lot of my users who don't like the v3 layout, common comment is "can't find my way around".

Sure, this falls under the "change hurts - wah" category, but I'm wondering if a skin will be released that is suitably LIGHT and CLEAN like v2's layout, while utilizing the new features (admin, hooks, sidebar, etc)... All the new v3 skins I've seen are a little bloated, heavy on graphics and less compressed (less visible on each page).

Here's hoping. ;)
