You should hear something within a few hours, although it can (but rarely) takes up to 48 hours. If you don't have access to it within 4 hours of purchase during normal business hours, then I'd recommend contacting IPS sales. But that's only because of how fast they normally are about it. IPS offices will be closed July 2 - 5 for the Independence Day holiday in the United States. During this time, we will still be replying to tickets. Phone support will be unavailable. Also, as we are still in the initial launch phase of IPB3, we do appreciate your patience with longer than normal ticket response times. wepfijweoifj Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Actually, I think their management (AKA Charlie) doe this because on weekends because nothing is ever verified then but the ticket support is still staffed on weekends. Your order has now been approved and your invoice will shortly change to "paid". Once it has, you will be able to access your purchased service.
