How can i get a IPB 3.0 Beta Testing Board?... Everybody have one O_o

You have to have an active support contract (i.e be a member of the +Active Customers group) to have access to the Beta.
I am unaware of any exceptions to this rule, but for the definitive answer you should file a Support ticket in your client area.
Someone from Staff may answer here.

If you have an IP.Board license, you can login to your client area to download the beta version of IP.Board 3.0.

And what about a Test Board?.. IPB 2.3.6 Test board?

You must have a license for IP.Board in order to download the software. We do not publicly release test copies of the software, however we do allow you to create an online demo.

If you have access to the board softwere you have access to the beta's. no "support" contract needed. i have access to the betas in my client center (pepetual licence holder) ;)
