There are a lot of topics like that. If you purchased it today, keep in my that today is weekend, and IPS's office open only on Monday.

They have to manually approve your payment.
They sometimes do this in the weekend but that's not guaranteed.

Yes, the manual review helps reduce the number of fraudulent transactions. I am not saying that you are doing such a thing, but it is a precaution that IPS takes in order to protect their business. As has already been stated, the IPS offices are officially open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern time.

Everyone is correct, we have to have someone actually check we have received payment since so many people try and trick the system before your purchase is approved. This is done sometimes on the weekends but will certainly be done by the early hours Monday morning.

Since there's nothing else that can really be said I'm going to go ahead and close this topic. If you have any concerns, open up a ticket with the billing department :)
