I am new to this forum! I need to be all you need help, I have installed forum. After I install blog, I copied all files I went to install and I see this type of error

Fatal error: Call to a member function startTimer() on a non-object in /usr/export/www/hosting/tranceworld/ips_kernel/class_db_mysql_client.php on line 566
