Post order selectable by member not admin

Hi,
I just had a member enquire if he could change the display order of posts in a topic so that they read from new to old at the bottom of the page/topic.

I checked and found its a site wide Admin option, not member wide so that they can change it in the Board Settings section of My Controls.

My own feelings are its natural to read a topic from original post downwards, but its a selectable option so it must have been considered before at some point. Any thoughts on making it a member preference setting for IPB3.0?

I think having this option on a per member basis could be nice.
