Too much scrolling in new profile view

I've noticed this too, and many people have complained: The new profile view squeezes the vital information to the far left, and the most vital stuff is at the bottom. So, scrolling is always needed. :-\

I modified my profile view template in my skin so it showed the "vital" information for my site in a different way:

Most people haven't made a "personal statement" or wtv- and usually the center is all empty, and all the vital info is squished to the left.

I repeat my question, what do you/your site consider vital? I consider custom fields and contact vital thus my changes to my profile view. What do you consider vital? Is it the posts, the views, the contacts, the custom fields??? Because for each admin it can be drastically different.

You can edit the profile skin to improve this to your liking ;) This kind of suggestion, if you want it implemented, should include an example of "what's better". :)

You can always select the old profile view for users.

I think he mean "vitals" as in your personal information or as they use in hospitals, your vital records which is your birth information. ;)

This is one of those things where it's impossible to please everyone. That is why the software is skinnable, so you change it to look however you want (or in this case, to move the information to where you want).
