I want to renew my Invision Power product, and I find there is a expired invoices in my client area. Can I pay for this expired invoices to renew? or, I must request a new renewal invoices?
You can pay the expired invoice I do believe. I just paid my expired invoice and it renewed :)
It depends, if the expired license is referred to as a 'Standard License', then yes you can renew at $25, however if its classed as a 'Yearly License', you will have to buy a new one, as Yearly licenses are no longer available.
If you are a perpetual owner, its also fine to renew at $30 a year (I believe).
Your best bet is to email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have a look at your specific account and let you know for sure :)
