Im looking at moving my website over to IPS Hosting however i need to find out the best package for a site that usually as around 45-70 active users however sometimes can spike upto around 200+ users.

Also i would like to bring my IPB, Gallery, Blog & IP Downloads across.

Im looking for a package around less than $60 a month, any advice is welcomed!
