I can speak from experience of being the first person in history to say no to the offer *Thanks for that award Charles, I feel special now :)*.

In the old days they had a application form, but now they just approach people, well they did for me anyway. You then have to agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement which basically is a contract saying that anything you learn as a tester you can't mention to the public, but you probably knew that anyway.

Apart from being approached, there is no current way of getting on-board

The last sign-up forms were in late 2005/2006 wern't they? For early Nexus/Dynamic testing I think.
