Is it free or do I have to pay for it?

Chat is handled through a third party, either ParaChat or AddonChat. You must contact them for information - we do not charge you for usage of the component in the ACP, but you may have to purchase a package from the third party.

So I could use the chat in the ACP free? If so how to I get it to work correctly?

I didn't say you could use it for free - I said IPS does not charge you to use the component.

You may still need to purchase the actual service from the third party. I believe both have free services, if you want to check them out.
