I'd like to know how to do various things please XD.

I'd like on my forums:
-New set of emoticons [I have them all done and such and right sizes and all that, But how Do I put them on my board for use?]
-http://mods.invisionize.com/db/index.php/f/7598 This news mod for my site and forum to work together XD.
-New forum tags so I and other members can easily post YouTube videos.
-New forum buttons! [All done but where do I put them? How do I replace the old ones with the new ones?]
-How do I upgrade to 2.3.1 from 2.3.0?
