unable_to_login Posted June 20, 2007 Share Posted June 20, 2007 I've tried to change my email address (because i don't use the old address) and now i'm unable to login. I've sent 5-6 email to all sells, billing... nobody doesn't care and nobody doesn't want to see - at least - what's going on... why i've never received the confirmation email? bfarber Posted June 20, 2007 Share Posted June 20, 2007 I assure you it's not because no body cares. :) Our sales team responds to all inquires in timely fashion, so they must not have received your email for some reason.I urge you to call during our normal business hours if you are still having trouble.
