Existing customers unable to login

I've tried to change my email address (because i don't use the old address) and now i'm unable to login. I've sent 5-6 email to all sells, billing... nobody doesn't care and nobody doesn't want to see - at least - what's going on... why i've never received the confirmation email?

I assure you it's not because no body cares. :) Our sales team responds to all inquires in timely fashion, so they must not have received your email for some reason.

I urge you to call during our normal business hours if you are still having trouble. Most of us here on these forums are unable to assist with these requests unfortunately.
