I know that there are no tickets that have been around that long, so I'm quite confident it was replied to, or somehow didn't make it. Make sure you check your spam box... I also know there were some problems with the sending of mail through the client area. Let me know the ticket number and I'll take a look.
IndieCindy Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 I don't have a ticket number, thats the issue! I can't get in to the client center. I never recieved an auto responce from the email client on two attempts.All other mail sends okay. I'm using "support[at]invisionpower.com".Is this correct??
