You may send an email to - support[at]invisionpower.com and let them details which might serve to identify, after than, they will re-set the password and change your e-mail adress.

Do you have the ticket number? I know that there are no tickets that have been around that long, so I'm quite confident it was replied to, or somehow didn't make it. Make sure you check your spam box... I also know there were some problems with the sending of mail through the client area. Let me know the ticket number and I'll take a look.

I don't have a ticket number, thats the issue! I can't get in to the client center.

I never recieved an auto responce from the email client on two attempts.

All other mail sends okay. I'm using "support[at]invisionpower.com".

Is this correct??

I have the same probleme and I sent a message last week to sales@invisionpower.com and none answer...

What can I do ?

Feel free to PM me with the email you send the message from and I will look at your ticket.

There are currently no open tickets in the sales dept so it was either never received or our response may not have reached you.

I sent 2 mails, and I contact Charles twice over. I don't know where is the place to disuss about my problem but since the 20th of june I still have none answer, so...

I sent an email for the third time, I now have a ticket number but to see if I have an answer I have to connect my self to Client area, my problem is that I can connect my self to client area so... ?
