June 12, 200717 yr Ummm, not sure I understand the point/problem/issue!If you are talking about NTP (Network Time Protocol) then most Operating Systems use this in one form or another anyway - even MS Windows.Also, which 'time' do you want your forum to autodetect - GMT, EST, Tokyo, Frankfurt, Los Angeles... and you can set the time zone anyway in your CP - the rest is up to the clock on the server!

June 13, 200717 yr I agree, this would be great. :) Maybe it could even auto-detect your time zone without you clicking a button. It's just automatically set when you're at the registration page. However, I'm not sure if users would consider this a privacy issue.
