The question is, whether legally licensed? Why reseller many customers received a letter that they had NO license? Please explain.

They more than likely sent you that e-mail to verify that you are using a legitimate copy of their software. IPS does not support software piracy. All you have to do is enter your license key.

if you enter your license key in your admin cp you won't receive such notices anymore...
personally didn't bother to enter my license key there though :)

Really, this isn't the place to discuss this. ;) Our sales, management, and piracy teams do not frequent our feature suggestion forums and our customers aren't going to be able to answer this question for you.
