Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
Eva Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 How do you hide the last time you logged onto the forum?
Brandon C Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 As seen on Lindy's profile, it states:"Last Seen: Private"I looked under the "Settings" tab from within my profile, but I couldn't find the option to do that. Is this option on a per usergroup basis? How does one go about turning this option on here on the IPS Company Forums? This seems like a new feature as I haven't seen it before in previous versions. Thanks :)
stobbo Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 That is nice :o I would like to know how to enable this too :)
Alex Duggan Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 You simply choose the 'Log in as invisible' option on the IP.Board login screen.
stobbo Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I see, thats quite nice, can it be turned off?

UBERHOST.NET Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I see, thats quite nice, can it be turned off?Log in as invisible to enable, log out and back in visible and it's off.
Eva Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Ah, I see.I wasn't sure if had to be set or not. Since, I saw people who clearly don't visit the forum I'm last log-in being invisible, so I wasn't sure how it was being set.
bfarber Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 You can also disable anonymous login in the ACP if you do not want your members to do this.Administrators can still see the time, as long as the setting to allow admins to see anonymous users in the online list is enabled.
