Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted January 29, 200718 yr Hi, my license expired in October, I decided to wait until 2.2 was released before renewing, so I tried renewing it today but when I try to pay the invoice in the Client Center it says $69 for 6 months and then $25 dollars for additional months. That doesn't really make sense because it is supposed to be $25 for 6 months and not $69. I think this is a bug in the billing system and it needs to be fixed up.
January 29, 200718 yr Please email sales @ invisionpower.com and they'll be able to help you sort it. :)If your license expired in October, you will need to purchase a new Standard license.
January 29, 200718 yr Thats not fair! I have already paid for a license and I gotta pay $149 for a new one just because I choose to wait till IPB 2.2 to renew!
January 30, 200718 yr IPS did inform us all, several times that only active licenses would be switched over. They also sold yearly licenses for $40 before the changeover, which you could of purchased.
