May just someone tell me what it really do ? because i see in my downloads in my client area :

IP.Converge 1.0.0 PB 1 (Zend Version)

May i know its use ? Thanks :)

It's a beta product, be forewarned.

It allows your members to register once, and then share their authentication details across multiple sites. It works with all IPS products (IPB, Nexus, Dynamic) and you can create your own authentication code utilizing our developer docs for any other software you have, if you wish.

Oh i see, thank you :)
But i need more info.

What more do you want to do?

Basically, members register at your 'converge' - they can then log in to your board(s), 'dynamic(s)' or 'nexus(es)' without re-registering

Sort of like how you can create an IPSBeyond account using your IPS Client Area but more.... automatic :)

So if they register at any one of multiple forums, they then can hop over to the other forums no problem? If they are banned at one forum, are they banned from all?

I believe Converge only deals with: Email Address and Password.

You register at the converge program page - which is seperate from the board. It looks like this:

You will also be taken to that program to change your email address and password.

When you visit any of the 'converged' boards you then enter your desired display name and you'll be registered.

If you're banned from one board, you're only banned from the one - though you can delete members via the Converge ACP

Sounds awesome, thank you :)
