I want to convert vBulletin to Invision Board but i dont have 60$ for the IPS team to convert it for me, i was wondering if there was any free links to any convertors?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking. If you visit the conversion page, it lists the free convertors. InvisionFree is handled a bit differently, as you are not actually switching from a completely unique software.
