It would be nice if at least to rule acceptance features would be implemented:

1.) When changing the global board rules all member should be forced to read and accept the new rule in a certain time span (e.g. 4 weeks).

2.) Offer additional rules for certain areas of the board. E.g. a noncommercial forum which forces you to accept that you won't post commercial offers in that area.
