url parsing for irc

Just a small suggestion, but i would like to see the IPB software allow irc urls.

i.e

[url=irc://irc.oasiz.net]IRC Server[/url]

Currently when you try and add an irc url it adds the http:// prefix in front of it. Example.

This is best suited as a modification/add-on (in my opinion).

Only HTTP, HTTPS, MAILTO, and FTP are supported url protocols in IPB at this time.

Others want ed2k, or torrent, or whatever - this is not something that should be supported by default in IPB in my eyes. It's best left to the (3 minute) modification.
