sychn Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 No matter how good IPB is, it still works on OS + www service + php +mysql + zend, etc. The environment performance is important to IPB.I believe a lot of us can make IPB run in the environment we setup, but we don't know what are the best settings to IPB.I suggest IPS write an IPB environment setup tutorial, like how to config the httpd.conf, php, zend, mysql, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It will take quite some time to prepare due to the number of server configurations & documenting configuration files for several versions of every necessary application. Then it could be a real chore for the user to find their particular server configuration & application versions, so it would also need to be handily cross-referenced.
